is a company engaged in the manufacture of load-bearing concrete hollow blocks. Hardening and curing process is done by the use of steam. The whole system for these processes were designed and installed by SWITCHTEK. Steam is produced from an 80 Hp Cleaver-Brooks Horizontal Fire tube Boiler via a 4-inch diameter pipe. At a saturated pressure of 80 psi, the steam would be distributed through an electro-mechanical controller system to its respective kilns, thus, curing the newly built hollow blocks. The whole system comprises of a burner programmer, motor control center, Fuel oil heater, water softener system, air and gas line system. This system was designed exclusively by SWITCHTEK for Security Concrete Industries and Development Corporation. |

- Powertech Corporation had just recently expanded its business operations in entering the Hot dip Galvanizing System. The galvanizing technology works involves design, calculations and installation provided by SWITCHTEK. The process involves the melting of zinc at 420 degrees Centigrade
